At the age of 22, Jasmine Jenkins started to experience pain and stiffness in her fingers, wrists and toes but she had no idea why this was happening.
At 32 she was eventually diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. At 40, she trained as an occupational therapist to help others with chronic conditions and disabilities.
In 2005 her first self-help book on RA was published. Now, after living with RA for over 50 years, she has decided it’s time for a new book. This new book will help you to:
