Regrettably, many of our authors have come to us after having a bad experience with another publisher. There are several main reasons why they become dissatisfied.
- Unrealisticly high expectations set.
- False promises as to the ‘guaranteed’ sales they will achieve.
- Forced into purchasing large initial quantities of their books.
- Poor service
- Spiralling hidden costs
- No one point of contact
- Contract clauses for furture works
- Poor quality printing

The only publishers who will tell you not the take any notice of testimonials are those who haven’t got any or those who have gained themselves a bad reputation.
