ShieldCrest – April Round-up

By 6 May 2015May 18th, 2022No Comments

I believe that the saying goes “No Peace For the Wicked”, well I think we all must have been up to something – but we are not complaining!!

March and April seem to have picked up enormously with a flurry of new enquires following the Christmas new year lull. We have had some really exciting titles roll in through the door including one which saw the blog activity climb to an all time high, that title being I’m Not Mad by Nicola Mearns, congratulations Nicola.

Also doing well over the last two months is All Mum’s Children by Nathan Fellows, recording his life through the child care system to the meeting of a brother he never knew he had. Sales have continued to rise with a lot of local interest.

We are looking forward to introducing you to new books as they are published and put out there in to the market place.

We have also been looking at the Book Review service we provide, it has taken a little longer to come to a decision but we hope to re-launch that very soon with a much wider scope of coverage and some good old honest reader feedback, watch this space for those  reviews as they happen..

So to all you authors out there, keep writing, we look forward to receiving your manuscripts to publish and if they have a market, we’ll invest 50% of the publishing cost with you.
