author-pic-croppedThis compelling book by Sophie Ward explains how anyone suffering a variety of food allergies can still enjoy eating. Brilliantly entitled, this book follows her trip along Route 66 and all the eateries she experienced along the way.  All have been graded by her in terms of the quality of the food, their receptiveness to allergy sufferers and the overall service.

It doesn’t just finish there though, because herself an allergy sufferer, Sophie provides a multitude of recipes for others suffering the same problems she does.  She has now come to enjoy all sorts of food that previously she had previously been told were forbidden and she wants to pass this on to the millions of others people suffering food allergies.
